• Benchmark search inputs (service category, location, budget — not linked to your identity)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, session duration) via anonymised analytics

C. Companies data enrichment

• Company registration details (sourced from Companies House public API)
• Business information used to auto-fill business service partner and client profiles

D. Companies we contact for outreach

• Business name, business email address, sector
• Source of contact (e.g. SRA register, ICAEW directory, company website, Companies House)
• Outreach history (date contacted, opt-out status)

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• OpenAI — to generate benchmark reports (anonymised request data only)
• Stripe — to process payments
• Base44 — our platform infrastructure provider
• Email service providers — to send transactional and marketing emails

5. Business Service Partner Profile Data

If you register as a business service partner, your profile information is public on the BenchMarc AI directory by default. This includes your name, business name, sector, location, services, and BenchMarkScore™.

You can make your profile private at any time from your account settings.

6. B2B Outreach — How We Found You

If you received an email from us inviting you to list on BenchMarc AI, we collected your business contact details from a publicly available source such as:

• A professional body directory (e.g. SRA, ICAEW, CIPD, PRCA, REC)
• Your company website
• Companies House public register

We process this data under UK GDPR Legitimate Interests, we believe our invitation is relevant to your business and offers genuine value at no cost. You can opt out of all future communications at any time, see Section 9 below.
